Shipping policy

Order Processing Times & Order Tracking:

Orders for in-stock items typically take 1-5 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of heavy traffic. You will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships. In order to protect your purchase, there will be a signature required for delivery on all headphones. Delivery times are dependent on the carrier and are subject to change. Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders from multiple locations or at different times to get your order to you as fast as possible.


The availability information presented on our site is the most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. We generally ship in-stock products within two to five business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received, but unanticipated delays can occur. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated shipping dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

Express delivery options are temporarily suspended due to COVID-19, and will be reinstated once normal operations resume. Please call 714-581-8010 during support hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday - Friday) to confirm availability of overnight delivery. As our products are handcrafted, overnight delivery is subject to stock on hand. Overnight shipping is only available Monday - Thursday, and orders must be confirmed and placed before 1 p.m. PST for next day delivery. Audeze is not responsible for weather or natural disaster conditions that could cause a delay in your shipment, and shipping charges are not refundable.   


Customs and Tax:

If you are purchasing products in a country where there may be customs charges, taxes and other surcharges, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges. Any customs charges, import duties or surcharges will be assessed upon entry to your country and are your responsibility to pay. Customs charges are non-refundable.
